Not everything is beautiful in Switzerland... campgrounds are a lot less interesting than those in Canada or in the USA. I have to say though that this is not a great one by swiss standards either but nevertheless quite typical...

WOW!!? That is one busy place.....packed to the brim...LOL...Camping years ago was a lot different, where everyone had tents or the odd tent trailer, but now everyone has huge motorhomes, so I suppose the campgrounds start looking like little cities. Thanks for sharing this!

you see in this respect Switzerland is not great... funny thing though is that we have a lot of campgrounds? here but people just don't seem to know any better... I was a big camper in Canada but it put us off big time here... and as well they are really quite expensive...

a pizza joint/ restaurant at a camp ground? thats illegal!! lol supposed to be bbq or campfire cooking only, but as close as they are, that wouldn't seem safe. and man, wouldn't it scare the campers if i? were to spend a night there, they would think all my sleeping toots were thunder! lol
